LCA notices.

Last updated 2 July 2026

In line with U.S. Department of Labor requirements, Bench FX publishes notice of the Labor Condition Applications we file in connection with H-1B and related visa petitions.

01

What an LCA is

A Labor Condition Application (LCA) is a filing that employers submit to the U.S. Department of Labor before petitioning for certain work visas, including the H-1B. It includes attestations about wages and working conditions, and public notice of the filing is part of the process.

02

Why we post notices

We provide notice of our LCA filings so that interested parties have access to the information required by regulation. This page is part of how we meet that obligation.

03

How to view current notices

Current LCA notices and the supporting information required for public examination are available on request. Email compliance@benchfx.com and we will provide the relevant filing details promptly.

04

Your rights

Any interested party may examine the public-access documents supporting an LCA and, where applicable, may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Labor regarding a filing.
