About Bench FX
A talent company that acts like a product team.
Bench FX exists to make specialist technology talent easy to reach and reliable to work with across the Middle East, India and Singapore. We pair the speed of a modern platform with the judgement of people who have done the work themselves.

Why we exist
Great teams stall waiting for the right people.
Hiring specialist technologists is slow, noisy and easy to get wrong. The cost of a stalled roadmap or a mis-hire lands on the teams least able to absorb it — and it rarely shows up as a line anyone reviews.
We built Bench FX to close that gap in the markets we know best. India gives programmes depth at scale. The Gulf runs on sponsorship, mobilisation and regulation as much as on shortlists. Singapore carries the regional leadership that ties the two together. Knowing three markets properly beats claiming twenty.
Whether it is one critical hire, a delivery squad, or a capability centre stood up from nothing, the job is the same: put the right people on the work, and stay accountable for how it goes.

What we value
The principles behind every placement.
Signal over noise
We would rather send three people who fit than thirty who technically match. A short shortlist costs us more work and respects your team's time — which is exactly why it is the right way round.
Technical credibility
Our recruiters are backed by people who have shipped the work. We evaluate what someone can build, not what a CV claims, because in specialist hiring the two diverge more often than anyone admits.
Straight talk
Clear timelines, honest feedback, and no surprises — with clients and candidates equally. If a role as written will not attract who you need, or a candidate is a stretch, you hear it early rather than politely.
Accountable to the outcome
We measure ourselves on whether the people we place move the work forward. That is a longer conversation than a placement fee, and it is the one we would rather be judged on.
How we work
Three habits that decide whether any of this is true.
- 01
We start with the outcome, not the requisition
The first conversation is about what has to be true in ninety days. Job descriptions are usually a committee's wish list, and taking one at face value is how a search spends a quarter finding the wrong person efficiently.
- 02
We are specific about what we cannot do
There are roles, sectors and timelines where we are not the right partner. Saying so costs us a deal and saves you six weeks, and it is the single fastest way to be worth trusting with the next brief.
- 03
We stay after the start date
The placement is not the finish line. We check in through onboarding and past it, because the questions that decide whether a hire works out surface in week six, not week one.
How we’re different
Built for the standards enterprises actually hold.
The things that make hiring dependable at scale are not glamorous. They are the details we have made our discipline.
- Screening led by people who read the code, so shortlists are genuinely short
- Every engagement model under one relationship — contract, permanent, teams, GCC
- Sponsorship, mobilisation and in-country compliance handled, not subcontracted
- Recruiters who work one market properly rather than every market thinly
- Enterprise-grade security and compliance built into how we operate
