  • Right to work, visas and sponsorship confirmed

  • Onboarded and contributing inside the first sprint

What the delay costs

An open seat doesn’t cost you a salary. It costs you the quarter.

The budget line for an unfilled role looks like a saving. The three things it actually does to a team never appear on it.

  • The roadmap slips quietly

Nothing is formally cancelled. Work reroutes to whoever is nearest, dates move by a sprint at a time, and by the quarter's end the commitment you made is the one thing that didn't ship.

  • The bar drops under pressure

Ten weeks into a search, the closest available match starts to look like the right one. Hiring against a deadline rather than a standard is how teams inherit a problem that outlasts the vacancy.

  • Your strongest people absorb it

Cover that was meant to last a fortnight becomes the operating model. The engineers carrying it are precisely the ones with the most options elsewhere — and an open seat quietly becomes two.

Engagement models

Start with one. Move between them as the work changes.

Eleven ways to engage, under one relationship and one agreement. Which one is right depends less on the role than on how much of the outcome you want to own.

Add capacity

You need hands on the work now.

Specialists who join your team, work to your standards and scale up or down as the programme demands. The fastest route from an approved requisition to someone contributing.

Hire permanently

You need the role filled for the long run.

Searches run by recruiters who can hold a technical conversation — whether that is one principal engineer, a leadership appointment, or a whole function stood up at pace.

Hand over the outcome

You need someone accountable for the result.

We take responsibility for a deliverable or a function rather than a set of seats — the model to choose when the constraint is management bandwidth, not headcount.

How it works

Four steps, and it’s clear who owns each one.

Most hiring drags because responsibility is vague. Here is exactly what we need from you, and everything that is ours.

  1. 01

    Scope the outcome

Yours: Half an hour, and the honest version of the problem.

Ours: We take the brief in engineering terms — the stack, the seniority, the team it joins and what has to be true in ninety days. If the role as written won't attract who you need, we say so in that first conversation, not after a month of silence.

  2. 02

    Meet a genuinely short list

Yours: Review a handful of people, not a stack of CVs.

Ours: Every name has been technically evaluated, reference-checked on recent work and confirmed available on your timeline. We would rather send three people you want to meet than thirty who match on keywords.

  3. 03

    Decide

Yours: Run your loop. Tell us yes, no, or what was missing.

Ours: We keep the process moving — scheduling, feedback both ways, and a straight answer on where each candidate stands. Feedback that is specific gets you a better second slate; we will ask for it.

  4. 04

    Onboard and deliver

Yours: Point them at the work.

Ours: Contracts, payroll, right-to-work, visas and sponsorship, equipment and country-specific compliance are ours. We stay in contact through the first weeks and after — the placement is not the finish line.

The bar

What a name has cleared before it reaches you.

“Screened” is the least meaningful word in this industry. Six things it means here.

  • Technical evaluation

Run by people who have shipped the same kind of work, against the stack and seniority you specified — not a keyword match against a job description.

  • Verified recent work

What someone actually built, in which role, on which team. Claims that cannot be corroborated do not travel onto a shortlist.

  • How they operate

Whether they can explain a trade-off, disagree well and work in the way your team really works — remote, hybrid, onsite, or across time zones.

  • Right to work

Visa status, sponsorship route and mobilisation confirmed before you meet anyone — the single most common reason a Gulf start date slips.

  • Real availability

Notice period and start date confirmed at the point of shortlisting, and re-confirmed before offer. Nobody reaches you who cannot start when you need them.

  • Background and compliance

Checks appropriate to your sector and jurisdiction, from standard employment screening to the additional controls regulated industries require.

Where we deliver

Three markets we know properly.

Not a map with pins in it. These are the markets our recruiters work in every day, and where we can tell you what a role will actually take.

  • India

Depth, at the scale programmes need

Our core delivery base. Specialists across engineering, data, cloud, quality and security — working onsite with your India teams, remotely into your programme, or as a dedicated squad under our management.

    • Onsite, remote or fully managed
    • Engineering, data, cloud, security, QE
    • Founding teams through to scaled centres
  • The Gulf

Deployed where the work is regulated

UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, where the hard part is rarely the shortlist — it is sponsorship, mobilisation and nationalisation commitments. We handle that path as part of the engagement.

    • Sponsorship and visa routes handled
    • Onsite deployment and mobilisation
    • Sector compliance built into the brief
  • Singapore

    The regional hub roles

Leadership, architecture and governance roles for organisations running Asia-Pacific from Singapore — often the bridge between a Gulf headquarters and delivery in India.

    • Leadership and architecture search
    • Regional governance and oversight
    • Cross-border programme coverage

Commercials

Priced plainly.

Nothing about how we charge is designed to be discovered later. The structure is agreed before the work starts.

  • Priced to the model, agreed up front

Contract engagements are a transparent rate. Permanent search is a fee against the role. Managed and outcome work is scoped and priced to the deliverable. You see the structure before you commit to it.

  • No fee for the introduction

You pay when someone starts, not when we send a CV. Conversion terms for contract-to-hire are written into the agreement at the start, so the price of keeping someone is never a negotiation you have later.

  • One contract, every model

Move between contract, permanent and managed work under a single master agreement. Adding a second country or a different model does not restart procurement.

Industries

Fluent in your sector.

Sector fluency is not a claim about coverage. It is knowing which regulator matters, which certifications are non-negotiable, and what a credible CV looks like in that world.
